Code Freeze for curriculum

Hi everyone,

There’s a brief code freeze in effect until feat: add 'back/front end' in curriculum by ShaunSHamilton · Pull Request #42596 · freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp is merged.

What this means is that we won’t be merging any PRs that could conflict with that, which means definitely no curriculum PRs.

We don’t plan on a long freeze, but I’ll post updates here if that changes.
