please, I have an idea to suggest
what about creating a forum for code snippets where campers can share their code snippets
and other campers who found certain code snippet on other sites and did not understand the code, they can ask for explanations from experts here.
can such idea be achieved?

The forum categories focus on function rather than form. If the code snippet is to share your project for feedback, it’d go in the #project-feedback category. If it’s part of a question about SQL, it’d go in the #sql category. If it’s sharing something cool you found elsewhere, it’d go under #general. And so on.
