Code was deleted (did I submit it?)

Hi, I was doing the survey form when I hit ctrl+enter to save my code but it just deleted all my code and told me I had completed the project. I know I completed all the objectives that the survey form requires but I was gonna add css to style it up. How do I find my code once I submitted?
