[COLLATION]: CodeAlly - Relational Database

When I click on the button (start the course), another button comes up called (Login to start coding > powerd by: codeally). after passing the prossess ofaccepting Terms of service and and Github login, it starts to make a loop to this situation!
what’s going on?

I have tried all the ways people have discussed about here! but it doesn’t work!
1- Github Account has been created
2-third-party cookies has been enabled on both FCC and codeally website
3-ckeck it on different web browsers
4-no VPN
5-…

I am having a similar problem. It definitely seems to be an issue with CodeAlly. I went to their website but it was not apparent where a ticket can be cut to their customer support. If anyone has any more info, or has made contact with CodeAlly, it would be helpful to hear. At least to make them aware of this issue, which has been ongoing for weeks now.

after connecting my profile and github, the page codeAlly cannot redirect back to free CodeCamp. how do i solve this problem?

Hello I try to open a course about relational database but when i click on it and that i’m connecting on Codeally with Github the screen block during
“Redirecting back to origin site” step
It’s a freecodecamp bug or my berowser ?

CodeAlly gets stuck redirecting to the site after the authorization.

Using Chrome

Steps taken:

  • Disable ad blocker for CodeAlly, had it disabled in code camp already.
  • Allowed all cookies, it was set to block 3rd party in incognito.
  • Tried the same thing on microsoft edge, it doesn’t have any extensions installed.

I opened multiple courses from the Relational Database program, all of them get stuck in the same place, and they’ve been running for 20 mins now.

Thanks for the read.

Same here. :sweat_drops:
Neither can I log in CodeAlly directly via Github on their website.
There could be something wrong.

Hi, bro, mine has already got back to normal now.
Maybe there something went wrong on the server-side recently.
Have you tried anymore?

I’m having the issue right now!
what did you do to fix this?

+1
Stucked in the same issue :frowning: … … with the comments I understand the only option is ‘Wait’

I have same issue :disappointed: , I still wait to start the course of realtion of database

Same here. I am using Firefox on Mac. I tried allowing cookies too.

It says that the course is “undergoing maintenance”, but I’m not sure if that is for this redirection issue particularly.

Same here. Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. I use a bunch of custom plugins and settings for privacy, but even default Firefox on Ubuntu gets the same issue.

Same here. I’ve tried troubleshooting with changing security settings and clearing data on both Chrome and Firefox in Windows and still have the problem. I’m not sure there is any way to troubleshoot, it seems more to be an issue with the course maintenance.

Tried to start the course but not redirecting from code ally

Hopping on this thread, as I too am experiencing this same if not similar issue where after the authentication screen with Code Ally, I’m redirected back to the start project page on FCC. When trying to access CodeAlly to view the projects, I’m being redirected back to my profile page. Perhaps something on the Code Ally side is causing this effect however, I’m having no issue when starting the project from a browser on another machine.

Still facing this issue:
