CSS Will not Link To HTML

Hi guys, this is my first post. Despite managing to resolve a CSS issue myself, a few days ago, I then deleted my files in order to correct something. I am now faced with the problem of the CSS not linking again, despite having tried many solutions. I have tried relative paths, etc, and this has not produced results. I have saved both the CSS and the HTML in the same folder, but this doesn’t seem to have made a difference. This is a link to my project(I think this one should work)
