I want to deploy a node app I just completed. I’ve been unable to complete my digital ocean registration because they only accept credit cards and I only have debit cards. Please any other reliable hosting provider for node app with prices as affordable as digital ocean?
Assuming it’s NPM Compliant you could try Heroku, they offer a limited free tier, no credit card required 
Digital Ocean takes PayPal as well if you have that available. This is from March 2017
I’ve been on DO for a while now with only PayPal…
