Difficulty signing in

Hello,

Sorry to trouble you. I recently cleared my cache (using Microsoft Edge), and haven’t been able to log into my FreeCodeCamp account since. I usually sign-in using GitHub (I believe), but every time I try that, or any of the sign-in options for that matter, I just get this message: “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again in a moment.”.

I’ve tried Google Chrome as well, which still appeared to have me signed in, but when I try and change any settings it says an error occurred, and when I try to use the curriculum it says the server can’t be reached and that my progress won’t be saved.

Any ideas on how to solve this is much appreciated.

If you are unable to log in it may be that you have a duplicated account. To solve this issue you will need to write to support@freecodecamp.org.
