Do not know what is wrong with my code or the website

So I have my project done, and I’m ready to upload it but when I do it sends some errors. The errors are these:

Can anybody help? The index problem I honestly have no idea how it can happen since I reset it every time it reaches 7 in the program. That one might be easy to fix but the first one is the one that’s confusing me, thank you!
