Do you think that it is possible to make a discord bot with little to no knowledge?

Hello,
I wanted to make a discord bot.
I will need to make a database where I will be able to assign a value to every user which registers and multiply it by a custom factor every 30 days.
Then I need to be able to edit this value myself and to view it up by a command.

How long do you think it would take for me to make a bot with those functions with no knowledge.
Would it be possible to make a bot like this by using already written code I can find online?

There are tutorials for discord bots, but the more customisation you want the less you can rely on a tutorial the more you need to know how to program it yourself
