if you are starting to learn php or other languages i will recommend the netninja youtube channel have the best begginner course to follow .you can explore from there also and you can go through the sololearn platform to certified on specific language
I would recommend some YouTube videos, accompanied by other learning resources, like MDN Docs and W3 Schools. Recently, I found Telegram very useful, there are some programming groups which are very reliable and beginner-friendly. In addition, you can try some coding games, I downloaded some, so you’re not only learning but also having fun.
But, in case of any query reach out to the community, I’m sure some people will attend to it.
