Doubt with the Rock, Paper, Scissors project (machine learning)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently doing the maching learning course, and I’m trying the Rock,Paper,Scissors project, but…
I don’t see how to apply machine learning to this. In the replit they doesn’t even import tensorflow or anything, and I always saw that the libraries needed were already imported.

My doubt is, do you have to complete the challenge applying machine learning or it’s more about hardcoding a smart solution for this particular problem?
