Your are linking localhost:3000 which can only be accessed from local, from your computer, by you, others cannot access it. Better use online editor such as replit or codepen (frontend) so it is fully online.
You can open up your computer to other with ngrok but it is considered dangerous, better not to.
You can use localhost but you have to submit
