Hey @Nerajno,
Well tried.
But you will have to work hard on design part.
Here are few things i would suggest:

  • Make sure that the input and its label are on same line.
  • On mobile devices, the green background that you have for labels doesn’t quite go with design.
  • Work on responsive part a little more. Try learning CSS Grid or Flexbox if you haven’t already.
