Hey!

That’s a cool page.

Althought, I think you should choose a better color then yellow and style your inputs.
Also, maybe for mobile view you should align the options to the left. Would look better.

hey there, I think you are off to a good start.
Design wise I think it would be a better use of space if your radio and check boxes where groupewd into columns rather than one long list.
