Looks decent. The text itself is kind of hard to focus on IMO. Maybe changing the colors a bit will help?
Also, I think at about this stage it would be good to look into a dropdown navbar for when the screen gets too small, like on mobile phones. realistically speaking, when you’re on this kind of page for real, there is no point to scroll all the way to the top to use the nav bar since all of the information is on a single page anyway.
Give a search for css dropdown navbar, there are some great tutorial text and videos!
