What is wrong with my code?

app.route("/name")
  .get(function(req,res){
  var firstname = req.query.first;
  var lastname = req.query.last;
  res.json({name:'${firstname} ${lastname}'});
  
})
  .post(function(req,res){
   var firstname = req.query.first;
  var lastname = req.query.last;
  res.json({name:'${firstname} ${lastname}'});

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

Are you getting an error in the console? Is the client getting anything? What is the client sending? Do you have a repo for your server?
