Github Site will not publish

Hi. Is anyone here familiar with any problems trying to publish their Github project? I think I deleted one of the files and now the site will not publish-I keep getting a 404 error screen.

from your screenshot, it seems you do not have an index.html file, it is the one used as main page when you publish with github pages
