What do you mean by precise?
Did you try it and if so did it give you better results?
I doubt you can find search engines more refined or capable than the two you mentioned in the title. More likely you need to get better at searching. It is hard to find what you are looking for if you are not looking for the right thing.

If I search basic stuff (normal stuff) I find google works fine.
But when I search for specific psychological scenarios and meanings then I start to get articles ect that are completely off.
