How do I make Angular run?

I am a noob in Angular.
So, I have modified the package.json with the proxy-start script
and deleted the node modules and re-installed back. Literally, tried everything but just can’t get it to start up and show me the start localhost with the port number, it sort of just “hang there” after doing ng build as shown in the pastebin

OS : Windows 10

Hope someone can tell me what is amissed.
