Im new to programming and am starting the python for everybody course. I just want to get some advice on how I should work this curriculum. Thanks.
Hi @cooljay1447, welcome to freeCodeCamp and to the vast world of programming! Since you are new to programming, I would suggest starting from the beginning of the curriculum (at the Responsive Web Design certification) and work your way through the curriculum in order.
As you’re new to the programming; I’ve below 2 tips which can be followed throughout your IT journey
-
Start using Flash Cards; to memorize concept or syntax with much easy.
-
Follow pomodoro technique to avoid getting burnt / stressed / bored of learning
All the very best
Hey, @cooljay1447 Welcome to the forum. Along with your course, I recommend watching some Python tutorials on freeCodeCamp’s Youtube Channel. Also, there is a Python for Everybody course on the freeCodeCamp Youtube channel too, which you can follow along with your course.
These are a bunch of tutorials you can follow. Also, don’t watch too many of these tutorials because many people who watch too many tutorials get stuck in a loop called the Tutorial Hell. So watch, practice, and more practice. By following these tips you can master Python.
Bonus Tip: After learning Python learn its libraries too.
Happy Coding!
I appreciate the help guys.
