Welcome to the forum!
You can get started with the beginning of the FCC curriculum https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/
It begins with html and css. Then it goes into javascript. The whole curriculum teaches what is called the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) stack and python.
Each section ends with five projects that you will build with the lessons learned in the challenges.
Take your time. There is no benefit to rush through the curriculum.
There will be times when you will get stuck but that is totally normal.
Just research more on the problem and ask questions.
In addition to FCC , you will want to use other resources since one source will not teach everything. As you progress, you will discover your favorite sources that help you.
