How to make menu don't cover text in Tech Docu Challenge?

Hi,

I am having a problem with the Technical Documentation Challenge’s navbar menu, meaning that it covers the text in the main-section and header.

How do I make it appear as it should?

I would move the opening main tag below the navbar and then use the margin property for the #main-doc selector to move the text over.
