How to zoom in and out using keyboard shortcuts in Zorin Os

I have zorin os installed on my computer, I want to zoom in using Control + Mouse scroll(up/down), and control and +.
I am not able to do that.
In the terminal and other text things.

EDIT :- Now I use Ubuntu, but the same story.

Most Linux desktop environments have keyboard settings where you can have a look at the current keyboard bindings and also edit the current ones.

Go to your favorite search engine and type:
ubuntu change keyboard shortcuts.

I actually did that, but it doesn’t accept, mouse wheel scroll forward/backward
