Can your survey form be about anything??? Does it have to be the same design as the one they put a link to go and check???

Yes, as long as it passes all the tests then you can make it however you want.

Sure. I mean as long as your project doesn’t contain anything inappropriate, offensive, etc then it can be about whatever you want

No, you should not have to. I was looking over the tests for the survey from and it doesnt say anything about needing to include the action or method attribute

I’m pretty self conscious about my survey as most people don’t care for such thing’s and there’s a bunch of things I don’t love about the end results. If you click on my profile there a link right there to my survey but I wont actually get your results cause I’m not sure how to make that work. Any help with that will be appreciated. How I knew it was about anime? I took a not such a wild guess …
