Challenge: Step 12

Link to the challenge:

Hi @_ira22, welcome to the forum.
You have 2 main issues here:

  1. the opening tag for the anchor element is never closed. When you close it, the text (only the words “cat photos”) that is supposed to become a link should be between the opening and the closing tags.
  2. the href value is missing and it is supposed to be either a URL or a URI.

You are also missing the paragraph element that you were given at the beginning of the challange. I suggest you to reset this step (if possible) and restart it.

The initial state of those 2 lines was this:

<p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>
<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>

Thank you  for your reply, it was really helpful.
