I did it! My first web development job!

I am currently in the midst of job hunting myself. I was beginning to become discouraged after so many rejections but found hope when I found this forum on FCC.

Congrats to you on your success!

My question is, do you have a portfolio I can look at to get a better idea of what to put together? I have things I’ve done on my github but I only have, what I consider, two major projects worth telling employers or recruiters about: my portfolio, and a full stack to do app. Everything else on my github are essentially learning courses or practice code I was messing around with.

I feel like my portfolio probably needs more projects and I need to work on my JavaScript algorithm skills. I recently had two interviews and failed them because I was given algorithms to solve and couldn’t figure them out in the time allotted. :frowning:

Hey,

I was a Nurse too. I worked in the ICU. I left because I becoming burned out. Thank you for posting this. You gave me some hope! Is there anyway I can reach you? do you live in an urban area?
