I don't want to start a Codespace workshop from scratch again!

I am working my way through the Build A Bike Rental Shop workshop of the Relational Database Certification course. I’m at least 3/4 of hte way through. I started up my codespace and the Bash file and db file are there and I can connect to them, but CodeRoad: Start brings me to the screen of starting a new Tutorial. If I try to go forward, it tells me I can’t open a new instance in a non empty VS Code instance and to check again or open workspace. Open workspace then give me the option to look for a workspace but I don’t know where I would find the file that I would need to pick back up where I left off from. I believe I have a dump file and the Bash file/DB files saved, but I also know that creating a new code space and dumping the files in there won’t let me just Cntrl + Enter through as it will tell me that the bash file (even though it is passed the particular step) will want me to revert it back to what it is specifically looking for.

So 1. Can I somehow keep myself from having to start from scratch? 2. What workspace file is it looking for when it asks me to select a workspace?

Also I can connect to the db and the schema is still there

So oddly on another computer that I had started the project on. The files are missing but the program is on the correct step in Code Road. Any clues or help?
