yes i did that but still it is showing error that html tag should be below doctype

I see. Here are some quick troubleshooting tips.

-Are you on mobile? If so it might interfere with the tests.

If you’re on PC

  • try refreshing
  • disable extensions if any
  • try it on another browser.
  • check if zoom is set to default (ie, 100%);
