Instruction not showing on Step 12

I’ve tried resetting my account and also deleting my account but it still shows as empty. Anyone know what to do?

Try the following:

  1. Reset the step
  2. Refresh the page (F5)
  3. Disable all browser extensions.
  4. Change the browser.

Changing Browser worked but i would like to keep using firefox instead of chrome if possible. i dont see the button to reset the step.

You can continue using your preferred browser, but if you encounter the same issue again, change it for that particular challenge.

Clear the browser cache and restart the browser, that should fix it.

A hard refresh might also do it but it doesn’t always seem to work for everyone.
