Hi, the reset button is not working as well.
I logged in to a different PC and then I created a new account. The instructions are not appearing anywhere
The instructions are only appearing in the mobile app.
Change the type of browser you’re using, then disable existing extensions. After that, try again and see if the instructions will appear.
what step is this? what is your code? do you have error messages in the console?
I changed the browsers and still no instructions are appearing. Same across all the lessons.

It’s the first time I have encountered a VPN case, thanks!
I use an “always on” vpn so I’m a bit sensitive to websites not working for that reason.
That said FCC has always worked fine with the vpn that I use. However, it can often be the cause of a broken website for me.
In some cases changing the connection region can fix the problem because some vpn IP blocks become blacklisted. Some sites I just need to turn it off. Reddit for example.
