Is there still a Front End and Back End certification?

The front end libraries certification is the third certification on the list.
The back end certifications start with the Api and microservices.
If you are referring to the legacy full stack certification , then yes that is still available.
Navigate to your settings and scroll down to find the requirements to acquire that certification.
