Test

Sorry, your code does not pass. Don’t give up.

Hint

You should use a body selector.

Your code so far

<!-- file: index.html -->
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8" />
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
    <title>Cafe Menu</title>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
  </head>
  <body>
    <main>
      <h1>CAMPER CAFE</h1>
      <p>Est. 2020</p>
      <section>
        <h2>Coffee</h2>
      </section>
    </main>
  </body>
</html>
/* file: styles.css */

/* User Editable Region */

h1, h2, p, body {
  text-align: center; background-color:brown;
}

/* User Editable Region */

Link to the challenge:

The instructions for this step:

Add another style to the file that changes the background-color property to brown for the body element.

You’ve added the body selector and new style to the existing rules for h1, h2 and p elements. You should instead create a separate selector just for the body element and add the background-color property to that only.

I’ve tried this to begin with but it still wont go through either

Can you try what I suggested again, and share the code please?
