I would restart the step to get the default CSS back.

Your opening comment syntax is not quite correct, you have the characters reversed. Just remember, the asterisks are always on the inside.

You comment something out by wrapping it in the comment syntax. So if you want to comment out the background-color then you want to wrap the entire line that sets the background-color with the comment syntax.

‘background-color’ property with its value should be put (wrapped with slashes and asterisks) in the comment.
