Hi! Welcome to the forum!

So when you made the text ‘cat photos’ into a link you did it like this,

<a target="_blank" href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>

You need to put the img element in between the anchor elements closing and opening tags. Just like you did the text ‘cat photos’.
