Tell us what’s happening:

First input is checked, but webpage continuously says it is not, even though it is and the app preview is showing the correct box is checked. Does not seem to be an error on my end, am I missing anything?

The first checkbox is missing the checked attribute.

Radio buttons are round, if selected they display a circle.
Checkboxes are square, if selected they display a tick.

Hey Buddy, As @Teller mentioned, Here you have two buttons right ?

1st one radio and 2nd one is checkbox

Now think to whom you need to make checked ???
