Learning front end deveopment

Hello! I am an aspiring front end developer. I started learning html and css from youtube. However i m feeling lost when it comes to a direction. My end goal is to learn html, css, javascript and later libraries like React and Tailwind within 3 months. I am still not sure about how exactly should i be learning. Up till now i have just followed a few youtube tutorials and made a few simple web pages following the youtube.

Can someone please suggest some good approach on how should i do my day-to-day learning. Also, are various video lectures from Freecodecamp enough to have a solid foundation (i havent tried fcc leactures yet)? Please share useful resources where i can practice.

Make sure you know what to study as an aspiring front end. Get the knowledge, then practice, practice and practice.

I completely understand your frustration in trying to figure out the “best roadmap” for learning front-end development or any other type. It’s important to realize that this career path is not as simple as learning a few languages and frameworks and calling it a day.

In fact, learning never stops in this field, and you will always be in the process of acquiring new skills and knowledge. So, it’s great that you have a clear goal of becoming a front-end developer, and I think you’re on the right track.

I would recommend continuing to practice your front-end skills here and then exploring different resources (I think Kevin Powell is excellent at teaching CSS) to help you improve and expand your skillset.

I’m not familiar with many front-end resources as I work as a back-end developer, but I’m sure you can find several resources using Google.

Good luck and happy coding!
