Live Server displaying Open a folder or workplace?

Just getting this message when I click on open with Live Server?

p.s. I am starting the first Web Dev Project and don’t feel ready, did anyone else feel like this when they got to this stage? CSS Grid I understood loosely but I think I’ll only get it by doing so cracking on…

did you try to follow the instructions?
file->open folder->select your project folder (WebDev)
