Looking for - Feedback on my Tribute Page

I have submitted my first project to create a tribute page from the responsive web design challenges on freecodecamp.
here’s the link to my page.
please have a look and provide your valuable feedback and also point out any mistakes or improvements could be made.
Thanks in advance.

Hey! Your site is beautiful! I think it could use an article tag for accessibility. I might change that section tag into an article tag, and change the 2 following divs into section tags.

Your page looks good @ItsjustMe. Some things to revisit;

  • Keep the test script when forking the pen (<script src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/v1/bundle.js"></script>)
    • The test script, with all tests passing, should be included when you submit your projects.
  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator.
    • There are HTML coding errors you should be aware of and address.
  • Do not use the <br> element to force line breaks or spacing. That’s what CSS is for.

I see, I’ll try it out later. Anyways, thank you for your reply. much appreciated.

Thank you for the reply.
I thought the test script was supposed to be as a testing tool to check errors. My mistake. I tried the W3C validator link and it shows a bunch of errors, even though the test script was working fine. I’ll make necessary correction to my code and look into those errors as well. thank you once again for pointing these out.

They have different functions…
The W3C validator checks for HTML syntax / coding errors.
The test script checks to see that you’ve met the required user stories.

As per your instruction I have incorporated the test script into my html document and also made corrections to my code by running through the W3C Validator.
you can check again the changes
URI for repository is,
and also the codepen,
I hope this’ll be count as a successful project submission.
Thank you once again for your guidance. :slightly_smiling_face:

your page looks great and i like how you managed to apply various font colors without making it look silly

Thanks for your reply.
