Losing codeRoad progress when doing workshop on multi-sessions

Tell us what’s happening:

Hey, in these types of lessons where I have to open a code space most of the time I don’t have enough time to finish the whole workshop in one setting, so I turn off and come back later sometimes the next day or two or three days later, in most cases I come back and open the same code space on Github and my files are there but codeRoad doesn’t have my progress and I have to start again after finishing more than half of the workshop in most times, what can I do to prevent this?, please help.

Welcome back to the forum @smskees

The notes say it is possible to continue a workshop using Codepace or Ona.

In my experience, I completed each workshop in one sitting. It sometimes took several attempts though.

Happy coding

Can you explain what this means?
What exactly makes you think this (so what is your observation precisely?)

so the possible solution now is to do it locally?

What part in my description of the problem feels vague to you so I can clarify it more?

Hi @smskees

The workshops do not count toward the certifications, only the projects.

Could you post a screen grab of a workshop you partially completed?

Happy coding

I am asking: how do you know that CodeRoad lost your progress? What did you observe that makes you believe that? Please provide more details.
