Build, and make simple projects. When faced with a problem, I look for a small task or project based on the problem. By doing and observing, you can understand this CSS and any other coding part. You might watch all the tutorials but without getting your hands on your keyboard, they won’t be that impactful. Check out front-end mentors. They have good tasks.
