MIME error in VSCode

Hi everyone. I’m getting this MIME error in VSCode - I can’t use external CSS to style my elements, I have to use styles in HTML file. Does anyone know how to fix this MIME error.

Thanks, but it did not help. I even uninstalled and installed VSCode but the problem still persists
