Nesting in form action

Help, I am completely confused as to what to do. I have tried over and over and still, I just don’t know what is wrong.

Your code so far

<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2>
<main>
<p>Click here to view more <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>
<form
action= "/https://freephtoapp.com/submit-cat-photo>
<input> type="text"placeholder="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"/
</action>
<a href="#"><img src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a></input>
</form>

</ul>
<p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>

Challenge: Create a Form Element

Link to the challenge:

You need to “nest” or “wrap” your input in a form. To “nest” is put an element inside another. For example, to nest a p in a div would be like this:

<div>
  <p>Howdy</p>
</div>

The description gives you this:

<form action="/url-where-you-want-to-submit-form-data">
  <input>
</form>

That is an example of an input nested in a form. This is what you need to do. You have this input:

<input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">

and that needs to be wrapped in a form, following the instructions.

Is that clear enough?
