Help, I am completely confused as to what to do. I have tried over and over and still, I just don’t know what is wrong.

You need to “nest” or “wrap” your input in a form. To “nest” is put an element inside another. For example, to nest a p in a div would be like this:

  <p>Howdy</p>
</div>

The description gives you this:

<form action="/url-where-you-want-to-submit-form-data">
  <input>
</form>

That is an example of an input nested in a form. This is what you need to do. You have this input:

<input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">

and that needs to be wrapped in a form, following the instructions.
