hey , i am having problems working with xampp , so this is the error message am getting each time i try to connect to the server using the xampp controller

i tried all the youtube tricks but they worked for a while then the problem came back , i lost my database like 4 times , then i had to reinstall xampp after which the 3306 port worked perfectly then the problem was back once more , for instace i completely removed mysql workbench from my pc which was blocking 3306 port and the trick worked for a while then the problem was back . In short i can create phpMyAdmin sql DB which i strongly prefer , anyone please help!! , or rather recommend another similar DB which i would have to write any sql code to create a DB for now .

You should start by figuring out which process is using the 3306 port.
On the CMD (or powershell) terminal, run netstat -aon | findstr 3306. If there is something, other than mysql server, using that port, you should try to figure it out what that application is doing and why. If you think the application/service is not important, shutdown the application. If it’s a service (which it probably is), you could also turn off automatic start to prevent it from using the port again.
Try with that and come back with the results, since there are other ways to solve the problem.
Hii i tried all the tricks , i even disabled all services running sql server from the task manager . and kiled all the background process of the same kind too .The cmd command does not show any port 3306 usage , i looked through the result i could not find a match ,

There are some errors that are stopping the database. Are you able to backup your database using PHPMyAdmin or the database shutdowns before it’s possible? I’ve read other people having similar issues, so I would suggest you to:
- Try to reinstall xampp entirely.
- If the previous fails too, then try to downgrade to the previous version of xampp.

May be because the database failed to install correctly, which in turn is preventing the server from starting.
yea i tried to reinstall the xampp entirely , well it worked the first time i was accessing the database , then the next i tried to access the db the port 3306 error was back

Anyway, did you try to downgrade?
You asked for an option, and I use two alternatives:

docker and docker-compose. With these two tools you can create entire stacks for any app. The best part is that you can deploy the containers created with docker directly to some providers (kubernets, digital ocean, heroku, google cloud, windows azure and amazon web services, for example).
- And the other tool is called Lando. Lando is a development only DevOps tool, and the creators don’t recommend it’s use in production (just like xampp). It requires, however, that docker is installed before you can use it. But since you seem to be using windows, the installer includes the installation of docker. You need Hyper-V enabled and working for lando to work on Windows.
To use lando with Apache, PHP and MySQL, you would create a file called .lando.yml with the following contents:
