so i began my backend development and api course on the freecodecamp platform, & everything looks so foreign to me. perhaps, the modules assume prior knowledge in the learner—which, i honestly lack.

would anyone be kind enough to point me in the direction of resources to help me familiarise myself with the fundamentals of backend engineering before i fully begin this course?
