maybe u install git before something ? it delete/ git delete and restart window then git install.

Make sure to select the version that you need, save file and apply (by the moment) default configurations.
I shouldn’t give more troubles, if this still persist, you need to actualize windows. And check if external apps are allowed( that you are not in the S mode for example.)
