Re: HTML/CSS certification projects

Hello – For the HTML/CSS certification projects, do we use the copy from the example sites, or are we supposed to create our own content? I’m fine doing that, It’s just unclear when you say don’t copy the demo project. Do you mean don’t copy the code or don’t copy it all together?

  1. Don’t Copy the Code: You should not directly copy and paste the code from the demo project. The idea is to write your own code based on the concepts you’ve learned. This helps ensure you understand the material and can apply it independently.
  2. Don’t Copy It All Together: You should avoid replicating the entire project exactly as it is. Instead, use it as a reference or inspiration, but make your own unique project. This could mean changing the layout, design, colors, content, or adding your own features.

The goal is for you to demonstrate your understanding and creativity by creating a project that reflects your own work and learning.
