I just completed the Learn Bash by Building a Boilerplate tutorial in the Relational Database Course. Is there a way to save what I have done so that it can be applied the Relational Database Certification once it is actually launched in FreeCodeCamp?

As far as I know, no.
But remember that, only certification projects count towards the certificate.
You can continue with the practice projects and once the course is available on freeCodeCamp, then you can do the certification projects and submit them to claim the certificate.
