I have already completed and finish all the challenges and pass the projects how can I claim my certificate?

Hi,
Have you submitted all the urls? If so, do the following:
Click on your own icon in the top right corner of the screen and choose ‘update my account settings’. Then keep going down until you find boxes with ‘claim my certificate’. Choose the box that is underneath the certificate you wish to claim. You will see all of them listed. You should see a green message with congratulations at the top of the corner. The box will have changed into ‘show my certification’ and when you click on that a beautiful page will pop up with your name written in the certification.
