I’ve noticed that steps from a completed project sometimes change status to incomplete. For example, in the new Responsive Web Design, Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form I completed the entire project but a few days later step 12 of 63 in the project shows as incomplete. Any suggestions on what might cause this and how to fix it?

the reason is because some steps are added when an issue comes up with the curriculum (such as step 12 was a big struggle for many people and it got split into two steps).
You can ignore this if you like as it does not affect your certificate (or your ability to get one).
