Finally I finish the Survey Form!Look it and tell meyour opinions.

  1. center your title.

  2. Change the color scheme. White’s and grays (check out my helpful tools below).

  3. put your checkboxes in a column. Again, check out my helpful tools below and look for flexbox.

  4. make your drop down menus a little smaller height wise.

  5. Make your suggestions box have a different background color, like that yellow or white.

  6. Your signature on smaller screens messes with the input boxes.
